As an Inventory Control Specialist, you’ll help keep our inventory accurate and organized by researching and resolving discrepancies, locating missing products, and performing regular cycle counts. You’ll also have the opportunity to suggest process improvements that make our systems even more efficient, with guidance and support from the Inventory Manager.
Hours: Mon – Fri 5:00 am – 1:30 pm
What You’ll Do
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and make corrections in Oracle ERP system.
- Perform cycle counts using Oracle Manufacturing module.
- Analyze production procedures, and investigate and recommend process improvements to increase inventory accuracy.
- Assist with the following
- Managing annual physical inventory count.
- Shipping department with finding missing products.
- Variety of department(s) to ensure that proper inventory movements are completed in the ERP system
- Moving materials and setting up new stocking locations using a forklift, order picker, and/or reach truck.
What You’ll Bring
- 1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office programs
Base Compensation Range: $23.25-$30.43 per hour. Compensation offered will be based on a variety of individual factors, including education and experience, as well as internal equity. Our salary ranges are reviewed and updated each year and employees are eligible for pay increases based on individual performance.
