EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree required in Business, Engineering, Aviation, or related field.
· PMP certification (or equivalent) with practical application of project management standards and methodologies preferred
· 7+ years of experience in Project Management leadership roles for professional or military organizations required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Proven experience managing aviation programs, preferably involving rotorcraft and fixed-wing aircraft in commercial or military simulation environments.
· Solid understanding of hardware and software engineering processes, including design, development, integration, and testing activities.
· Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
· Proficiency in data analysis and project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project, or equivalent).
· Experience working with regulatory authorities (e.g., FAA, EASA or similar) to ensure compliance and qualification of training devices.
