About the Role
As a Quality Administrator at Accord, you'll provide valuable guidance and insights on practices that align with our quality standards and CQL accreditations, ensuring we maintain ongoing excellence in quality.
Job Location
Hybrid: You will mainly work out of the St. Paul office but also will work from home.
Essential Responsibilities
- Work collaboratively with Leaders to monitor, prepare, implement and evaluate existing processes and policies and procedures, initiating changes and making recommendations based on quality and CQL accreditation standards.
- Maintain CQL accreditation across the organization.
- Maintain CQL accreditation with distinction across the organization.
- Coordinate the delivery of Personal Outcome Measures (POMS) interviews and ensure Accord is compliant with POM data entry into CQL Portal and EHR system.
- Maintain POM Certification requirements.
- Mentor other staff seeking POM Interview certification and provide training on data entry into CQL Portal.
- Analyze POM data for Accord and benchmark outcomes.
- Utilize EHR system to track any completed assessments and identify and record billable time in compliance with program regulations.
- Investigate, respond, and resolve 245D incident reports, vulnerable adult reports and grievance reports in compliance with Accord policies and processes.
- Collaborate with the Senior Director of Talent for training needs to ensure training is meeting quality standards.
- Deliver Person Centered Training as needed.
- Participate in the Quality Advisory Group and communicate recommendations and feedback to the Quality Work Team.
- Sponsor the Human Rights Committee.
- In collaboration with the Human Rights Committee and in compliance with the HRC Charter, review and evaluate all Accord programs, policies, VA reports, complaints and processes in relation to quality.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Skills & Experience
- Must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the field of disability services.
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in designing, training, personal outcomes, developing policy and quality management plus 2 years with data, evaluation, and/or statistical management.
- Experience with CQL Accredidation preferred.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills/abilities.
- Serve as a leader and positive role model for employees and people we support.
- Create and deliver presentations to committees, boards, commissions, funding sources and other community group experience.
- Understanding of learning styles for training delivery.
- Excellent planning and organizational abilities.
