Internal Mentorship Program (MENTORS) - INTERNAL APPLICANTS ONLY
Description

The Space Needle and Chihuly Garden and Glass mentorship program is guided by our value to Help People Grow. A mentorship is a relationship designed to provide support and share knowledge, skills and experience to help team members develop professionally, focusing on career advancement, development, and leadership.

For those ready to dive deeper, our mentorship program is intended to be a structured, long-term (6–12 months) program. Mentor-mentee pairs will be matched based on shared interests, goals, and availability. The program includes regular check-ins, shared learning, and the chance to build a trusted, growth-focused partnership.

Interested participants—both mentors and mentees—will complete a short application form. The Mentorship Committee will then review submissions and create matches.

The mentee will be paid by their home department for the time spent with the mentor. Information on scheduling and clocking in will be included when you are matched with your mentee or mentor.

Participation (by both the mentor and mentee) in the Formal Mentorship Program and/or the Buddy Program must be approved by the Department Head and HR.

Participants must have completed 6 months with the company. Participation is voluntary.
