Production Supervisor
Location: Woodland Hills, CA
Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday; 9:30am – 6:30pm

Overview:
U.S. Legal Support is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations and performance for our production team. In this role, you will manage workflows, ensure service levels are met, and coach team members for success. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading others toward achieving team goals.

Essential Job Functions:

• Monitor team performance and assign daily workloads

• Perform audits, provide coaching, and lead team meetings

• Oversee and report on production metrics and SLAs

• Approve timecards and assist with production coverage as needed

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Prior team lead or supervisory experience preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
