What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Client Development – Identify, contact, and convert new customers while maintaining and renewing relationships with existing ones
✅ Technical Solution Design – Collaborate with clients and engineers to define system requirements, budgets, and technical scopes
✅ Proposal Creation – Prepare formal quotes and contracts that include equipment, materials, labor, and logistics costs
✅ Project Coordination – Work with internal teams to schedule installations, confirm equipment availability, and manage timelines
✅ Site Oversight – Visit client locations during installations to ensure quality and customer satisfaction
✅ Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on AV, lighting, and control technology advancements through continued training
✅ Follow-Up – Ensure client satisfaction post-installation and maintain long-term partnerships

What We’re Looking For

🔹 3–5 years of experience in designing and engineering AV, lighting, and control systems
🔹 Proven success in technical sales and client management
🔹 Strong project management, negotiation, and communication skills
🔹 Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
🔹 AV industry certifications or memberships preferred
