Overnight Store Shift Lead – Starting at $18-$19/hr

Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a smile and express gratitude for their business.
- Conduct daily walkthroughs to identify areas for improvement and take corrective action.
- Provide leadership and direction to team members during the shift.
- Operate point-of-sale registers efficiently and accurately.
- Facilitate pre-shift meetings and actively participate in team discussions.
- Check in vendors and manage fuel deliveries.
- Create and maintain visually appealing merchandise displays.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and deli items to ensure inventory levels are maintained.
- Maintain cleanliness by emptying trash, cleaning restrooms and showers, and tidying the lot.
- Handle customer issues with urgency and provide five-star service.
- Assist with scheduling, inventory management, and staff coverage during call-offs.
- Support janitorial and maintenance staff to ensure the facility meets cleanliness and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager and General Manager to resolve operational challenges and ensure smooth daily operations.
