Description
The Manufacturing Supervisor plays a pivotal role in overseeing the production team members, ensuring efficient and safe production operations, conducting on-the-job training, and maintaining optimal workforce levels within the department. This position carries complete responsibility for shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations.
Schedule: 7am- 4pm
JOB DUTIES - Include but are not limited to the following:
- Provide first-line direction and leadership to non-exempt employees engaged in production, shipping, assembly, and related operations.
 - Maintain and enforce strict adherence to written assembly procedures, time standards, and quality standards.
 - Foster a collaborative and performance-driven working environment.
 - Possess a solid understanding of key manufacturing organizational processes, including 6S, Lean manufacturing, and Kaizen principles.
 - Organize and assign work, instruct, guide, and assist employees in the execution of their tasks.
 - Ensure efficient and timely production while maintaining a high standard of quality.
 - Ensure strict compliance with all regulations, company policies, work procedures, and safety instructions.
 - Promote a culture of safety, quality, and efficiency.
 - Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the manufacturing department.
 - Collaborate with the Operations Manager and other stakeholders to implement improvements.
 - Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by your manager in support of operational excellence.

Education, Experience, & Licensing Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED (Bachelors degree preferred)
 - A minimum of three years of supervisory experience in a production/assembly/warehouse environment.
 - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
 - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines.
 - Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and inventory control software.
