Key Responsibilities:

- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with established standards and protocols

- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely

- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to changes in condition promptly

- Collaborate with physicians, healthcare team members, and patients to develop and update care plans

- Educate patients and their families on health management, treatment options, and post-discharge care

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with legal and institutional requirements

- Adhere to infection control, safety, and confidentiality policies at all times

Skills and Qualifications:

- Valid and current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the relevant state or region

- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably in a hospital, clinic, or similar healthcare environment

- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Compassionate, patient-focused approach to care

- Knowledge of healthcare regulations, safety standards, and electronic health record systems
