What you’ll Do
This is an exciting opportunity to join a global team and drive transformation while also modernizing our environment for the future. Reporting to the VP, Global Infrastructure, we are seeking a Director of IT Infrastructure with a strategic and operational mindset to lead enterprise-wide infrastructure services across North America. Working alongside peers in Europe and APAC, this leader will oversee data center operations, network services, hybrid cloud platforms, and end-user computing across North America. The role ensures high availability, performance, and security of infrastructure systems while aligning with business goals and IT governance standards, compliance, and security best practices.
Your objectives will be to:
- Develop and execute infrastructure strategies, roadmaps, while supporting standards in alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.
- Lead regional infrastructure operations including network, compute, and cloud services.
- Oversee vendor relationships and service-level agreements (SLAs) for infrastructure services and managed service providers.
- Drive modernization initiatives including hybrid cloud adoption, edge computing, wireless networking, and automation.
- Ensure robust disaster recovery and business continuity capabilities.
- Collaborate with IT Security, Enterprise Architecture, and Application teams to ensure secure and scalable infrastructure.
- Manage a team of engineers, architects, and managers across North American Region.
- Monitor infrastructure performance and implement continuous improvement practices.
- Support IT governance, compliance, and audit readiness.
What Experience and Education You Need
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.
- Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT Infrastructure, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Experience in logistics, supply chain, or temperature-controlled infrastructure environments a plus.
- Prior involvement in global infrastructure alignment and standardization efforts a plus.

Cross-Functional Influence: The ability to partner with security, applications, and business teams is essential. This includes strong communication and stakeholder management, experience leading cross-functional initiatives, and executive presence and senior management engagement.
Global Infrastructure Standardization: Experience supporting global alignment efforts—especially across regions like APAC, EMEA, and the Americas—is a major asset.
Cloud & Hybrid Expertise: Hands-on leadership in cloud transformation is increasingly critical. Top candidates should have deep knowledge of Azure and AWS, experience with hybrid cloud compute, storage, and networking and cloud cost optimization and governance.
Talent Development & Team Building: The ability to inspire, lead, recruit and retain top talent through empowerment, engagement, and delegation to build high-performing teams while creating pipeline of future leaders.
Enterprise Architecture Vision: Candidates who can think holistically—connecting infrastructure to business needs, setting global standards, and building technology roadmaps—stand out.
Physical Requirements
- Requires the ability to sit for extended periods of time, with frequent interruptions.
- Requires several hours per day of sitting, getting up and down from chairs, and reaching, or bending.
- Requires manual dexterity with normal hand and finger movements for typical office work.
- Talking, hearing, and seeing are essential elements of completing assigned tasks.
- May require travel by automobile and airplane for business.
- May require visits to warehouse operations in temperatures at or below freezing.
- May require carrying loads related to travel and the occasional lifting, carrying, positioning, and/or moving of objects weighing up to 20 pounds.
- Requires the use of various electronic tools.
