As an Automation Developer at EML, you’ll be at the heart of driving smarter, faster, and more efficient ways of working. You’ll use your technical expertise to automate processes, enhance systems, and deliver solutions that help our people focus on what matters most.

This will be a permanent, full time position based in the Sydney office, with flexibility to work from home up to 3 days per week.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design and deploy secure, scalable automations using UiPath and coding where needed.
- Integrate automations with databases, APIs and enterprise platforms to streamline processes.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into tested automation solutions.
- Monitor, troubleshoot and optimise automations for accuracy and minimal downtime.
- Apply QA, exception handling and compliance standards for reliability and security.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new automation opportunities.
ABOUT YOU
- UiPath Certified Professional Automation Developer certification is essential.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar automation development role.
- Proficiency with automation tools (preferably UiPath), C#, SQL Server, Web APIs, and Visual Studio.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work proactively and collaboratively in an agile environment.
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality customer service.
