The opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join us at entry level support our Workers Comp Claims team. As a key member of the “engine room” of the business, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Case Managers to be able to provide the best experience for our customers.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Support our customers by acting as the key point of contact for stakeholders, including injured clients, general practitioners and other medical professionals
Respond to enquiries in an accurate, concise, and courteous manner ensuring that we are putting the customer at the heart of what we do to ensure an effective resolution
Assist Case Managers in the development of case management plans for clients that stipulate goals and activities.
Accurate & efficient data entry
Claims activities are completed accurately and within the agreed timeframe
Ensure set timeframes and compliance measures are adhered to with all legislative codes and company policies
