About this Position
We’re seeking a proactive, commercially focused team player and passionate Omnichannel & E-commerce Specialist to support the growth and strategic direction of our Adhesive Technologies business. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this newly created role is pivotal in driving growth across both online and offline channels in B2B and B2C segments. This diverse and hands-on position combines e-commerce management, data analytics, performance marketing, CRM/automation, and channel enablement. - Manage and optimize our e-commerce presence, with a strong focus on Amazon, to maximize sales and profitability.
- Ensure alignment between digital platforms and offline channels (field sales, distributors) for consistent messaging, pricing, and product strategies.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track campaign performance, measure key channel KPIs, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
- Collaborate closely with sales, key account, regional and global teams, as well as external agencies, to deliver a seamless omnichannel customer experience.
- Lead CRM and marketing automation initiatives to boost customer engagement, loyalty, and retention.
- Drive the adoption of new digital tools and processes, enhancing the organization’s overall digital maturity.
- Support cross-functional teams by providing data-driven recommendations that inform strategic marketing decisions.
- Act as a key contributor to the growth and innovation of our Adhesive Technologies business through integrated omnichannel strategies.
What makes you a good fit
- 3+ years’ experience in data analytics, digital marketing, and e-commerce with advanced skills in Power BI, Google/Adobe Analytics, and Excel.
- Strong knowledge of advertising, content optimization, and performance on e-commerce platforms.
- Skilled in paid media management, campaign optimization, and ROI tracking.
- Excellent project management, communication, and collaboration across global teams.
- Proactive, analytical mindset with the ability to turn insights into action.
- Hands-on CRM and marketing automation experience (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo) is desirable though not essential.
