ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP: THE ULTIMATE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE BOOTCAMP
Forget what you think you know about internships. This isn't your average "get coffee and make copies" gig. This is an 11-week, paid, immersive bootcamp designed to teach you how to drive customers happy at one of the most innovative companies in business today.
You’ll be embedded in our world-class Customer Experience team, learning from the ground up what it takes to deliver moments of magic to our customers. Our goal is to give you a 360-degree view of the customer journey and empower you to make a real, tangible impact. This is your chance to be part of a team that’s making history, all while building a foundation for your future career.
We are investing in your development with the ultimate goal of you joining us full-time, so we’re looking for candidates who are passionate about building their future at Carvana post-graduation.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Learn from the best: You’ll go through an accelerated training program designed to give you a deep understanding of our customers, our business, and our secret sauce for success.
- Become a customer champion: You’ll be on the front lines, engaging with real customers through live interactions via phone to solve problems and create exceptional experiences.
- Experience our innovation firsthand: Step away from the desk and see what makes Carvana different. You'll get exclusive tours of our iconic Car Vending Machine and state-of-the-art Inspection Center as you learn about all the teams that bring the customer experience to life.
- Tackle a real business challenge: You and your fellow interns will team up on a hands-on capstone project, presenting your innovative solutions to our senior leadership team at the end of the summer.
- Get a seat at the table: Participate in exclusive lunch & learn sessions with our executives, get a behind-the-scenes look at our operations, and build a professional network that will last a lifetime.
WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE
We’re looking for people who are fired up about our mission and ready to learn. While we don’t expect you to have any prior corporate experience, we are looking for:
- Currently enrolled in a four-year university and on track to graduate in Winter 2026 or Spring 2027 (i.e., a rising senior) OR a recent graduate (Spring 2026).
- A genuine obsession with helping people and a deep sense of empathy.
- An insatiable curiosity and a desire to understand the "why" behind the "what."
- A top-notch communicator; You’re clear, concise, and can talk to just about anyone.
- A true team player who is always willing to lend a hand.
- Resilience and a positive, can-do attitude. You see challenges as opportunities.
- Minimum 3.0 GPA.
