What We Are Looking For:

Corelation is looking for a Service Coordinator who is responsible for tracking and coordinating support for clients by acting as a liaison between the clients and various resources within Corelation, especially Client Relations and Development.


Primary Responsibilities

· Stay passionate and maintain a solid understanding of the KeyStone product. Stay on top of changes, releases, and enhancements. Familiarize yourself with which resources to consult to efficiently handle client requests.

· Prepare for and facilitate handovers of support from Conversion Services to Client Relations for newly converted clients, including introduction to support processes and procedures. Collaborate and build strong professional relationships both internally and externally. Share findings and recommendations with team. Report progress and keeps all appropriate parties aware of proceedings.

· Conduct recurring calls or other communications with clients to establish prioritization of development requests and provide updates whenever possible. Actively monitor client progress and ensure client needs are addressed.

· Regularly coordinate the scheduling, assignment, and completion of development work with the Software Development Coordinator and other development resources. Provide service in accordance with existing policies, procedures and regulations from the company with focus on commitment to quality and timeliness in deliverables.

· Act as a point of escalation for clients with regards to development requests, as well as support provided by Client Services Specialists.

· Coordinate outgoing messages to the client base, such as release availability, etc.

· Familiarize self with process changes and actively look to improve those processes. Recommend strategies and policies that will improve product and strengthen development process. Learn from roadblocks in the past and devises strategies to avoid those roadblocks in the future.

· Accurately document and update client records based on interactions.

· Commit to the industry and remain trustworthy and passionate about providing professional and confidential service to the organization.

· Assist in helping to orient new employees in a similar role, including training on processes and systems.

· Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Why You Are A Perfect Fit:

Senior level of competency with five to eight years of similar or related professional experience. Baseline proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (Word, Excel, Windows) required.

Education

(1) A college degree (non-technical discipline) or (2) multi-craft skills acquired through extensive on-the-job training or apprenticeship programs or (3) in-depth industry and job specific technical skills acquired through a combination of formal instruction and on-the-job training.


Interpersonal Skills

A significant level of trust and diplomacy is required, in addition to normal courtesy and tact. Work involves extensive personal contact with others and is usually of a personal or sensitive nature. Work may involve motivating or influencing others. Outside contacts become important and fostering sound relationships with other entities (companies and/or individuals) becomes necessary and often requires the ability to influence and/or sell ideas or services to others.
