  • Previous experience as a Chef de Cuisine or Executive Sous Chef in a high-end culinary operation
  • Proven ability to lead a kitchen team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Strong understanding of seasonal, locally sourced, and sustainable cuisine
  • Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • Spanish fluency a plus
  • Flexible availability for varying shifts, including holidays and weekends
