About the role

Product Development is responsible for the technical aspects of building a product. It involves creating and bringing new products to the market. It involves all activities and stages required to transform an idea or concept into a tangible and marketable product. Product development encompasses research and development, prototyping, testing, coding, designing and iterating on the product's features and functionalities.

Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and innovative Visibility Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing a cutting-edge technology product that enables Maersk customers of all sizes to meet their supply chain objectives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure our solutions are both effective and aligned with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Lead the development of a technology product focused on sustainability in logistics, leveraging AI/ML to provide actionable insights and recommendations.

• Customer Engagement: Collaborate with customers to understand their sustainability needs and ensure our product meets their requirements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, data science, and operations teams to design and implement product features.

• Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in sustainability and logistics.

• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze product performance, making data-driven decisions to enhance functionality and user experience.

• Stakeholder Communication: Communicate product vision, progress, and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, we believe that you can offer

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field or a related field along with MBA (or advanced degree).

• Experience: 8+ years of total experience ideally with at least 3-4 years in Product Management domain (focus on data products is preferred).

• Technical Skills: Strong understanding of product management tools and best practices. Experience with AI/ML technologies is preferred.

• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data and translate it into actionable insights.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
