Warehouse & Logistics Operator (befristet) en Novartis

Job Description Summary

Im Wareneingang werden monatlich 7000 Paletten (Wirkstoff, Hilfsstoff, Rohmaterial, Packmaterial, Zwischenprodukt) entgegengenommen und weiterverarbeitet. Du verbuchst die Ware der Paletten und machst einen Abgleich zwischen Lieferschein und der effektiv gelieferten Ware. Die Detailkontrolle der Ware gehört ebenso zu deinen Aufgaben wie die Materialerfassung im ERP System (SAP). Übergabe des Lagerguts in lagerfähiger Qualität.

Diese Stelle ist befristet auf 2 Jahre und auf Schichtarbeit.

 

Job Description

Hauptverantwortlichkeiten:

• Entgegennahme von Lieferungen, Kontrolle auf Vollständigkeit, Übereinstimmung mit den Lieferschein-/Bestelldaten, Sichtprüfung auf Unversehrtheit und Verpackungsschäden unter Einhaltung der gültigen GMP-, Arbeits-, Betriebs-, Umwelt- und Sicherheitsvorgaben

• Verbuchung der eingehenden Ware im ERP-/Lagerverwaltungssystem

• Prüfung von Materialkennzeichnungen, Chargen- und Verfallsdaten, Temperaturbedingungen bei Wareneingang (z. B. bei temperaturgeführten Materialien), Dokumentation von Abweichungen

• Platzierung der Ware in definierten Lagerplätzen gemäß Lagerstrategie

• Arbeit in einem regulierten Umfeld mit hohen Anforderungen an Dokumentation und Compliance

Mindestanforderungen/Berufserfahrung:

• Ausbildung Logistiker*in EFZ

• Suva anerkannter Staplerausweis

• Allgemeine HSE-Kenntnisse (Gesundheit, Sicherheit, Umwelt)

• Kenntnisse der GMP-Richtlinien

• Gute körperliche Verfassung und ein einwandfreier Strafregisterauszug

• Teamfähigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke, Schnittstellenkompetenz, Problemlösungsfähigkeit

• Bereitschaft zu Schichtdienst (2-Schicht), physisch anspruchsvolle Tätigkeit (Heben und Bewegen von Lasten)

• Deutsch in Wort und Schrift
