As a Solution Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in demonstrating the value of Everbridge’s technology to prospective and existing customers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—partnering with sales, product, and customer success teams to design solutions that address complex business challenges and showcase how Everbridge can deliver impact when it matters most.

As a Solution Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in demonstrating the value of Everbridge’s technology to prospective and existing customers. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—partnering with sales, product, and customer success teams to design solutions that address complex business challenges and showcase how Everbridge can deliver impact when it matters most.

What You’ll Do
  • Collaborate with account executives to understand customer requirements and design tailored Everbridge solutions.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects and customers to gather requirements, map workflows, and identify key success factors.
  • Deliver compelling product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and solution presentations.
  • Translate business and technical needs into solution architecture leveraging Everbridge products and integrations.
  • Respond to RFPs/RFIs and create solution documentation, diagrams, and proposals.
  • Partner closely with Product Management to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap discussions.
  • Ensure successful handoffs to Professional Services and Customer Success for implementation and long-term value realization.
  • Stay current on Everbridge offerings, SaaS technologies, and security/compliance requirements (FedRAMP, SOC 2, etc.).
  • Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted consultant in critical event management and SaaS-based enterprise solutions.


  • What You’ll Bring
  • 5+ years of experience in a solutions engineering, sales engineering, or technical consulting role (preferably SaaS or enterprise software).
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based platforms, APIs, and integration workflows.
  • Familiarity with SaaS architecture, enterprise security practices, and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent presentation, storytelling, and communication skills with both technical and executive-level audiences.
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, business-oriented value drivers.
  • Hands-on experience with solution design, product demonstrations, and technical workshops.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
