Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct futuristic patient interviews to obtain medical data and measure vital signs, leveraging digital health tools.
  • Record comprehensive patient medical history and test results using electronic medical records for seamless data access.
  • Collect and prepare laboratory specimens, ensuring precise documentation and readiness for advanced testing procedures.
  • Assist physicians in cutting-edge patient examinations, administering injections, and performing innovative medical tasks.
  • Prepare and optimize treatment rooms, ensuring a clean and tech-enabled environment for examinations.
  • Utilize state-of-the-art sterilization techniques for instruments and manage hazardous materials safely.
  • Engage in digital consultations, providing insightful health advice and test results to patients.
  • Perform high-level phlebotomy and diagnostic tests as part of an integrated care approach.
  • Administer a variety of medications, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of patient care.
  • Ensure exam rooms are equipped with the latest medical supplies and safety standards.
  • Participate in innovative programs for OSHA compliance and performance improvement initiatives.
  • Foster a culture of respect and collaboration, enhancing the team-based care approach.
  • Embrace the primary care medical home model, promoting timely access to culturally sensitive care.
  • Commit to continuous learning through required safety education programs and annual training.

Minimum Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in healthcare innovations.
  • BLS/CPR certification maintained, ensuring readiness for any healthcare scenario.
  • Up to five years of experience in dynamic healthcare environments.
  • Proficiency in basic front desk, clerical, or healthcare support roles, with a tech-forward mindset.
  • Skilled in multitasking and thriving under pressure within a multidisciplinary, agile team.
  • Commitment to preventive healthcare concepts and innovative care delivery models.
  • Proven experience with computers, especially with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred, enhancing patient communication and care.
  • Preferred experience with phlebotomy and electronic medical records.
