Circle Surrogacy is seeking a dynamic Performance Manager to join our Surrogate Services team and drive excellence across our Intake department. This role will work closely to implement sales methodologies, improve conversion rates, and ensure consistent achievement of KPIs across the department. The ideal candidate will have experience managing a sales teams and a passion for helping build families through surrogacy.
What you’ll do:
- Manage, coach, and develop staff members to consistently achieve individual metrics and targets
- Implement sales processes to improve surrogate candidate experience from Intake to Screening
- Establish consistent activity metrics and pipeline health monitoring across the department
- Standardize sales methodologies and best practices
- Onboard and train new hires consistent with Circle Surrogacy’s best practices
- Provide weekly, monthly and quarterly performance analysis reports to support data-driven decision making
- Drive accountability and engagement across team members
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop new initiatives and practices to support surrogate experience from point of application through match
What you’ll need to succeed:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 – 5 years sales training and/or sales development experience required
- Experience with performance analysis and reporting
- Proficiency with CRM systems (SugarCRM, Salesforce, or similar databases)
- Familiarity with call tracking and communication analytics tools
- Proven track record of coaching teams to achieve conversion rate and performance targets
- Experience with remote team management and virtual coaching methodologies
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment with strict deadlines
- Proactive, independent work style with a goal-oriented mindset
