ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Create, conduct, and maintain logistical inventories.
- Develop logistic support plans for OSS efforts. Supervise facility requests for the organization and coordinate maintenance support with vendors as needed.
- Manage logistic purchasing and reconciliation as directed.
- Produce logistical documentation and manage financial budgeting and forecasting efforts.
- Provide technical support to a broad range of logistics and exercise related policies, meetings, exercises, and responses, including clearance request and badging issues.
- Create, manage, and maintain logistics records and associated databases.
- Create, manage, and maintain database of federal training.
- Coordinate and track multiple logistical plans, policy, and program initiatives.
- Support the development of an application for Capability Forward as directed by the client.
- Participate in site reviews and Product Realization Teams.
- Conduct cost, technical, human resource, schedule and resource allocation analysis.
- Conduct surveys and other special studies to identify gaps in human or technical resources.
- Manage multiple project schedules, tracking performance metrics and key deliverables to ensure alignment with cost and schedule goals.
- Consolidate insight from technical partners to create accurate forecasts to support planning initiatives.
- Engage key stakeholders to collect project needs and data to adhere to budgetary constraints.
- Additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Current and active DOE Q Clearance/Top Secret Clearance with ability to acquire an SCI.
- Bachelors degree in business administration or related discipline.
- Minimum five (5) years of experience in a logistics role
- Superior communication, organizational, interpersonal, and writing skills.
- Must be an independent, self-starter with excellent organizational skills and an ability to multi-task and be comfortable working with a team of technical experts in varying fields of security and emergency operations disciplines.
- Ability to track and monitor documents from inception to production.
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment.
- Ability to successfully execute many complex tasks simultaneously.
- Must be able to professionally deliver technical briefings and material in a Senior Leader environment.
- General knowledge of agency organization and structure.
LOCATION: This is a full-time onsite position in Albuquerque, NM or Washington, DC.
SALARY: Salaries are determined based on several factors including external market data, internal equity, and the candidate’s related knowledge, skills, and abilities for the position.
