Are you an organized and proactive professional who enjoys working in an international environment? As an Executive Assistant supporting two Members of the Management Committee, you will ensure the smooth coordination of day-to-day activities and strategic initiatives across Zurich, Madrid, and London.

In this role, you will manage communication, prepare reports and presentations, organize meetings and travel, and provide administrative and IT support to the management team.

We’re looking for someone with strong organizational and communication skills, high attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset. If you thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and value quality and teamwork, we’d love to hear from you.

 

What You Will Do 

  • Administrative and organizational support for 2 Members of the Management Committee in day-to-day business, including internal communication, annual planning, reporting and presentation preparation
  • Preparation of general correspondence and presentations
  • Planning and organizing meetings as well as internal and external events in Zurich, Madrid, London
  • Organization of international and national travel incl. expense management
  • Administration and maintenance of the business unit's SharePoint site if needed
  • First-level IT support for the management team

What you bring 

  • Commercial apprenticeship (EFZ); further education as Executive Assistant
  • Several years of professional experience in executive assistance
  • Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, strong team spirit, as well as a high degree of integrity and reliability
  • Commitment, flexibility, resilience, and the ability to work independently and efficiently with a strong focus on quality
  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
  • Fluent in English and German (both verbal and writing)
