Job Summary:

The Operations manager will plan and oversee the daily operations of the organization to ensure goals and objectives are achieved.

Duties/Responsibilities:

    Lead the planning, execution, and successful completion of roofing projects.

    Establishes, implements, and communicates the strategic direction of the organization's operations division.

    Collaborates with executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects and systems.

    Collaborates with other divisions and departments to carry out the organization's goals and objectives.

    Supervise project managers and superintendents to ensure effective project execution.

    Maintain field operations schedule to meet customer demands and company budget goals.

    Identifies, recommends, and implements new processes, technologies, and systems to improve and streamline organizational processes and use of resources and materials. Identify and resolve challenges that may arise during roofing projects, fostering a solutions-oriented approach.

    Collaborate cross-functionally to address complex issues with creativity and efficiency.

Required Skills/Abilities: 

    Proven experience as an operations Manager in the commercial roofing industry.

    Strong knowledge of roofing materials, techniques, and industry best practices.

    Excellent leadership and team management skills.

    Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

    Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and control costs.

    Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

    Commitment to safety and quality standards.

Education and Experience:

    High school diploma or equivalent required.

    Exceptional work experience with the company preferred.

Physical Requirements: 

    Must be able to traverse the operations facility.

    Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at a time.
