Program Manager (Deputy)
Clearance: TS/SCI required
Location: Springfield, VA or St. Louis, MO
Experience: 5 years of Program or Deputy Program Manager
Responsibilities:Duties
The Mid-level Program Manager is responsible for assisting the Lead PM in the planning, executing, oversight, and day-to-day management of business activities within the GTLSS program. They assist in the development of plans and procedures for the GTLSS Program within the government-approved scope, to include Program Management, Contract Transition, Subcontractor, and Quality Control plans. They also assist in overseeing subcontractor performance, reviewing subcontractor invoices, and maintaining project forecasts for all GTLSS deliverables. The Mid PM is responsible for holding all contract staff to the necessary performance standards in the absence of the Lead PM.
Qualifications:Skills and Experience
Required
- Master’s degree in any subject from an accredited academic institution
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Program Manager or Deputy Program Manager, or functional (team) lead
- TS/SCI Clearance
Desired
- Active Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
