Summary/Objective
The Corporate Recruiter plays a pivotal role in shaping the workforce of our organization by identifying, attracting and hiring top Senior Management talent across the healthcare ecosystem including Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Sales, Health Data Curation, Care Coordination, Pharmaceutical, Payer or Provider Operations. This position is responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies that align with the company’s goals and culture. The recruiter will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their specific needs. The Corporate Recruiter will manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the offer process. The recruiter will also manage the relationship and processes with outside search firms for select positions. Additionally, the Corporate Recruiter may assist with Onboarding, Employee Relations and Employee Reward and Recognition programs and projects.
Essential Job Functions
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job postings.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, AI tools and through referrals.
- Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they are onboard.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the offer process, including salary negotiations, references, onboarding coordination, laptop/IT distribution and configuration follow up.
- Manage all communications and processes with established outside search firms.
- Establish and manage recruiting metrics such as, but limited to, time to fill, time to hire, source of hire, first year attrition, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate and % of open positions.
- In partnership with hiring manager, create and distribute Orientation schedule.
- In partnership with hiring manager and corporate communications, create and distribute Organization Announcements.
- Coordinate and implement various Reward and Recognition programs.
- Assist manager with employee relations duties.
- Perform duties in compliance with Company’s policies and procedures, including but not limited to those related to HIPAA and compliance.

Work Environment
This job operates in a remote home office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are generally Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. This position occasionally requires long hours and weekend work.

Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in a corporate environment for 5+ years.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software and Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like video or panel interviews).
Preferred Education and Experience
- Experience recruiting senior talent within Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) or other Healthcare service functions.
- Experience utilizing an Applicant Tracking System, preferably Oracle ATS.
- Experience is using current AI recruiting tools.
- Certification in recruitment, human resources, or Assessment Tools such as DDI or Predictive Index (PI).
- Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
