The Senior Engineer – Integration Services will have an instrumental role in driving the direction of Manhattan Associates’ enterprise service bus implementation supporting both customer facing and internal API’s. The role will work closely with Enterprise Architecture, ESB software consultants, and Application owners to deliver timely and frictionless data exchange between systems, build out a solid integration services solution architecture, standards, a governance model, and reusable policies and components for API development and supporting platforms

Roles and Responsibilities
- Continue build out of the Manhattan Associates’ Mulesoft Enterprise Service Bus for both internal and external API consumers
- Assist in driving overall integration services vision, architecture and rollout
- Help build out API Lifecycle and documentation model including CI/CD integration and deployment automation
- Help build out key and certificate rotation policies and solutions providing automation and security materials management and distribution capabilities
- Assist project and application teams in onboarding team members for building out API’s following standards and utilizing policies, patterns and tools
- Contribute to on-call support rotation and overall health and maintenance of platforms and solutions
- Display a strong work ethic and sense of urgency

Summary of Experience & Qualifications
- 5+ years of application development and implementation experience
- 5+ years of experience developing with Java.
- 2+ years of experience with strong understanding of Mulesoft Anypoint Platform including
- Deploying and managing API’s
- Access and modifying Mule messages
- Structuring Mule applications
- Consuming Web Services
- Controlling Message Flow
- Data transformation logic
- Preferred MuleSoft Certified Developer
- Enterprise Service Bus architecture, management and development experience. Mulesoft ESB experience preferred
- Java application and web services development experience desired
- Experience in working with service and traditional integration technologies
- Experience in multiple phases of SDLC and types of SDLC, including Agile methodology
- Able to build and leverage strong relationships
- Proven ability to influence technology direction and collaborate with consulting resources
- First-hand knowledge with REST API building and consumption
- 2-3 years of experience designing REST APIs
