We are looking for a Director to join our Intelligent Consulting Hub (ICH) in the CFO & Enterprise Value (CFO&EV) area, specifically within Treasury & Working Capital (T&WC), based in Barcelona.
What will you do?
- Lead and deliver complex transformation projects in the Treasury & Working Capital domain, leveraging cutting-edge technologies and digital finance solutions.
- Manage multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with global clients to define and implement treasury strategies, operating models, and technology roadmaps.
- Drive innovation in cash management, liquidity forecasting, in-house banking, and payment factory solutions.
- Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, ensuring value delivery and long-term client relationships.
The position is based in Barcelona in a hybrid work model, combining remote work with in-office collaboration to foster team synergy.

Responsibilities
- Define and implement digital treasury strategies aligned with CFO transformation goals.
- Lead the design and deployment of treasury management systems (e.g., Kyriba, SAP TRM, Quantum).
- Oversee risk management, FX hedging, and compliance processes.
- Mentor and develop junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
