Description
The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient inventory management, staff supervision, compliance with safety and storage standards, and maintaining a well-organized facility. The Warehouse Manager will lead the warehouse team, including the Warehouse Worker(s), and provide guidance, training, and support to ensure program goals and objectives are met.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, inventory, or distribution management
- Knowledge of inventory procedures, safety protocols, and warehouse equipment
- Must be able to properly lift up to 42 lbs
- Must be able to stoop, bend, kneel, climb, stand and sit
- Forklift certification (or ability to obtain within 12 months)
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with inventory management software preferred
- Must maintain a professional attitude and appearance that positively represents the Osage Nation
- Requires a high level of personal integrity, ethics, and problem-solving skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug/alcohol testing
- Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record; may be required to drive GSA or tribal vehicles
- Familiarity with the Osage language and culture preferred
