As a Collaboration & Productivity Technology Specialist, you will contribute to improving the day-to-day experience of our users by resolving requests, identifying opportunities for automation, and deepening your understanding of our tools, products, and business operations.

 

While this is not a technical role, you will need to be hands-on and develop a solid understanding of the technologies we use. This knowledge will enable you to effectively troubleshoot common issues, collaborate with our engineering team, and engage confidently with business stakeholders.

What you’ll do

 

  • Support daily operations: Handle incidents (troubleshooting, user support) and manage service requests
  • Maintain and enhance automations: Ensure existing automations and solutions remain stable, up-to-date, and continue to bring value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders: Engage with colleagues across different teams to understand business needs and requirements.
  • Contribute to adoption and knowledge sharing: Document solutions, processes, and best practices to ensure sustainable knowledge and support a culture of continuous learning.
  • AI exploration & adoption: Support the team in exploring and integrating AI tools, such as Microsoft Copilot and Azure Cognitive Services, to enhance business productivity.
  • Lay the foundation for your future growth: As you develop, you'll gain the skills and experience to take on greater responsibility within the Collaboration & Productivity team

 

What you’ll bring

 

  • 2-3 years of experience working in a business-facing technology role (e.g., Business Analyst, Digital Workplace Specialist, IT Business Partner, or similar), gathering requirements and connecting employees with IT solutions.
  • Experience in Microsoft collaboration and automation tools (e.g., SharePoint, Power Platform, Logic Apps) and an ability to pick up new technologies quickly.
  • Familiarity with AI concepts (e.g., Copilot, Azure Cognitive Services) or a willingness to develop foundational knowledge and apply AI in real business contexts.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills: Ability to troubleshoot, analyse business and technical issues, and support effective solutions.
  • Hands-on and proactive mindset: Comfortable working directly with tools and processes to troubleshoot issues and contribute to day-to-day delivery.
  • Learning and growth orientation: Strong motivation to continuously learn about collaboration platforms, automation, AI, and the business context.
  • Initiative and ownership: You take charge of your work, follow through on tasks, and actively look for opportunities to improve systems and processes.
