Who we are looking for
We are seeking a QA Analyst with advanced English and fluent Spanish, experienced in ensuring the quality and functionality of digital products, particularly in the e-commerce sector. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled at creating and executing testing processes while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to maintain high-quality standards.
What you’ll do
- Create detailed test cases and identify use cases to ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Execute and document user acceptance tests (UAT) to validate functionality and usability.
- Propose and integrate quality goals within sprint cycles to enhance deliverables.
- Apply Quality Assurance standards and procedures to ensure product reliability.
- Collaborate with teams to test and validate e-commerce platforms, specifically VTEX.
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
- Perform quality checks and ensure the delivery of high-standard products.
What you’ll need
Advanced English and fluent Spanish.
Hard Skills:
- Proven experience in creating test cases and identifying use cases.
- Expertise in executing and documenting user acceptance tests (UAT).
- Ability to propose and include quality goals within sprint cycles.
- Knowledge of Quality Assurance standards and procedures.
- Experience in the e-commerce industry, with a strong understanding of VTEX platforms.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in Quality Assurance roles within digital environments.
- Experience in testing e-commerce platforms and working with Agile methodologies is a plus.
Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English.
- Detail-oriented mindset and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to self-manage and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Collaborative approach and openness to feedback
