The Impact You'll Make

As our Deputy Manager Sales, you’ll play a key role in stepping into the Frontline Sales role for Danfoss Drives in the North (Upper) region means becoming a catalyst for industrial transformation. This position is not just about selling Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs)—it's about shaping the future of energy-efficient operations across critical sectors like Food, HVAC, Water & Wastewater, Sugar, Textile, Cranes, and Hoists.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Owning Danfoss Drives business for Upper North Region (OEMs, System Integrators, Contractors, Partners) and managing Partners across segments like HVAC/R; F & B; Textile; Pulp & Paper, Sugar, Crane ,Lifts, etc.
• Take ownership of the business in all aspects – Sales Revenue, Profitable growth, Accounts receivables, etc. and support profitable growth of Partners in the region
• Work closely with Partners and enable them to improve business processes and increase productivity

What We're Looking For

• Engineering Graduate with minimum 5 years of experience in engineering sales
• Knowledge in HVAC/R; F & B; Paper; Textile; & General Industry Markets & Products preferred – Drives; Machinery OEMs; Motors, Servos; Pumps, Switch gears, etc.
• Prior experience with Channel sales is highly preferred
• Self-motivated to drive growth through initiatives, communication skills & teamwork spirit
