What You’ll Do

• Oversee daily roofing operations and ensure jobs stay on schedule and on budget.
• Manage subcontractor crews and act as their main point of contact.
• Coordinate materials, deliveries, and equipment rentals to keep projects moving smoothly.
• Handle change orders, troubleshoot issues, and communicate with the Project Manager.
• Attend bi-weekly goal-setting and production meetings.
• Enforce safety, quality, and compliance with manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Develop and improve production processes for greater efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required)
• Roofing or construction experience preferred—but we’ll train the right person!
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Comfortable managing people and solving problems on the fly
• Able to lift 80 lbs and climb on roofs
• Tech-savvy enough to use a smartphone and basic computer systems
• Dependable, self-motivated, and ready to grow with the company
• Must pass a drug and background check
