JOB DESCRIPTION
- Develop methods and time-lines to control resources, schedules, and budgets. Align project teams, factory teams, field teams including customer and field service representatives, reducing installation costs, and driving best practices
- Report and review monthly metrics associated with cost, hours, training, failures, and support to Senior Staff with corrective actions, dates, and milestones focused on continuous improvements and cycle time improvements
- Analyze Warranty and Install Actual Costs for strategic year-over-year improvements, reporting, and forecasting
- Analyze Top Warranty and Install Parts Failures for Root Cause and Corrective Action.
- Plan, perform, and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma)
- Conduct postmortem process and technical reviews with install and field teams to drive solutions, quality, and cost improvement through the different product lines
- Organize, lead, and facilitate cross-functional project teams for solutions to difficult technical problems
- Provide system-level electro/mechanical expertise to field service personnel and customers for troubleshooting design or field-based critical equipment problems and providing on-site support for new product installs. Communication by phone, email and travel
- Participate in both internal and external financial and ISO audits
- Use multiple software packages such as MS Dynamics, Glovia, E-Quote, Visio, Project, and Cognos
- Able to log calls and utilize problem solving techniques to drive root cause of customer issues
- Travel worldwide to support and coordinate pre and post install support for new products. Estimate 10% to 15%

- Excellent communication, and ability to manage committed deadlines
- Knowledge of MS Dynamics, Glovia, and Windchill
- Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

U.S. BASE SALARY RANGE
$104,674.56 - $157,011.84This base salary range reflects the typical compensation for this role across U.S. locations.
Our salary ranges are determined by role and level; individual pay is determined based on
multiple factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, work
location, and internal equity. The range provides the opportunity for growth and progression as
you develop within the role.
Base pay is one part of our U.S. total compensation package which includes eligibility in the
Axcelis Team Incentive bonus plan, and comprehensive benefits package (for regular
employees working 20+ hours a week).
