QUALIFICATIONS:
1. High school diploma or GED required. Some college preferred.
2. Possess a working knowledge of basic accounting skills.
3. Proficient in general office skills with a strong emphasis in data entry, accounting, and recordkeeping/ record management.
4. Proficient use of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
5. Self-motivated, able to work under pressure with frequent interruptions.
6. Possess excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills, verbal and written.
7. Demonstrated ability to effectively solve problems, and collect/analyze data, numbers, and facts.
8. Ability to establish relationships and work well with supervisors, and staff to promote a positive attitude and environment.
9. Ability to follow directions accurately and timely, meet deadlines, and identify priorities.
10. Experience in a school district business office environment preferred.
11. Fluent in English and Spanish preferred.
12. Competency on CFISD proficiency test (score of 80 or above) preferred.

CP7 - $42,920
Salary Range (based on experience) as set by the Board of Trustees for the school year 2025-2026
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Register, receipt, and deposit payments to the appropriate bank accounts.
2. Review and process registration application for department programs.
3. Review, update, and reconcile registration system account, financial data, and purchase orders and serve as a backup for the purchase order process.
4. Maintain and reconcile financial records for budget and activity accounts.
5. Manage and respond to incoming calls, emails, and customer service inquiries.
6. Ensure adherence to deadlines.
7. Maintain accurate department records and files.
8. Maintain confidentiality of information.
9. Ensure customer service skills are evident in daily communication, including telephone calls, emails, and face-to-face interactions.
10. Act as backup for other positions within the Community Programs department.
11. Work as part of a team to contribute to the success of the Community Programs department.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.
13. Regular and reliable attendance is an essential job function.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Mental Demands/Physical Demands/Environmental Factors: Work with frequent interruptions, maintain emotional control under stress. Repetitive hand motions; prolonged use of computer.
