Lead and coach team members to ensure accountability and professional growth
Improve and maintain systems, dashboards, SOPs, and workflows to track department performance
Oversee fiscal tracking, reconcile budgets, and support cost analyses
Ensure compliance in financial documentation, contracts, and program processes
Design engaging communication and program materials (using Canva or similar tools)
Address sensitive internal concerns, including staff grievances, in a timely and professional manner
Act as a decision-maker in the absence of the Program Director
Coordinate cross-departmental efforts to support program implementation and strategic goals
Represent CEDA at meetings, community engagements, and site visits
Support departmental inventory, technology, and resource management
Attend required staff meetings, trainings, and development activities
