Skills and qualifications:
Technical school degree or certificate in diesel engines, electronics or a related field.
A minimum of 6 years of diesel shop experience.
Experience working in a leadership or training capacity.
ASE Master Truck Certification preferred. Exceptional technical skills and knowledge.
Master of diagnostic and troubleshooting techniques related to diesel equipment repairs.
Excellent presentation skills.
Able to provide own tooling.
