Role - Inside Sales Representative

 

The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) drives business growth by identifying and developing sales opportunities within an assigned customer base not currently managed by a Regional Sales Manager. This position is responsible for selling the company’s products, expanding market presence, and strengthening brand recognition through proactive customer outreach. This is a tremendous opportunity for the right person to build new business on top of an established base and have an immediate impact on sales with long-term growth opportunity for an incredibly well known and successful company.

 

This role reports to our Hauppauge, NY Office.

 

Duties & Responsibilities - 

  1. Follow up on open quotes and close the sale opportunity.
  2. Utilize the sales tools and systems to identify sales gaps and proactively promote to customers.
  3. Coordinate priorities and pricing with the Product Managers.
  4. Build Seal Dynamics visibility and contact depth within the account base.
  5. Develop in-depth knowledge of our products.
  6. Develop relationships with buyers, management and engineers where applicable.
  7. Develop a competence to build and report on sales and GP budget. Assist with collections in coordination with Finance when AR escalation is required

 

We offer a 9/80 work schedule which allows for our Team Members to have every other Friday off!
