Array labs is looking for a Compliance Program Manager/ CPSO for developing and administering security programs and procedures for classified or proprietary materials, documents, and equipment. Studies and implements federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Prepares manuals outlining regulations, and establishes procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conducts security education classes and security audits. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.

Responsibilities:
Understand and communicate regulatory requirements and contractual obligations to the Array Labs team
Collaborate with IT and engineering teams to ensure that infrastructure and engineering processes are compliant with all regulatory requirements and contractual obligations
Develop, maintain, and audit internal information security policies and procedures
Assist with the coordination of cybersecurity audits and penetration testing
Implement security awareness training programs for employees
Perform risk assessments and analysis on the company’s supply chain, vendors, and business partners
Participate in business continuity planning and disaster recovery simulationsConducting qualitative and quantitative research to better understand the market and identify opportunities for Array Labs
Defining product requirements and goals while operating within constraints from engineering, design, and Array Lab's business
Monitoring competitive developments and industry trends to guide Array Lab's market approach
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
5+ years experience in compliance and/or cybersecurity
Experience working with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ITAR, and CMMC
Experience creating and maintaining information security policies and procedures
Excellent teamwork, documentation, and communication skills
High levels of self-motivation and personal accountability
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Master’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC)
Experience supporting aerospace or space projects
Experience working as a systems administrator, cybersecurity engineer, or compliance managerExperience working in a startup environment
Understanding of competitive brands and markets
Experience in Trade shows
ITAR Requirements:
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, including the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) you must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
