About the Role:

The Area Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing operations across multiple sites within the administrative and operational support. This position is responsible for ensuring that all locations under their supervision meet company standards for safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance. The Area Manager will lead teams, manage teams, and implement strategic initiatives to drive operational excellence and customer satisfaction. They will serve as the primary liaison between clients and senior leadership, facilitating communication and aligning local activities with broader organizational goals. Ultimately, the Area Manager ensures sustainable growth and continuous improvement across the Huntsville Alabama Regions.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Strong skill set in managing teams, setting up schedules, and coordinating jobs
• Proven track record of managing multiple sites or teams effectively.
• Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and workplace safety standards.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Highschool Diploma or Higher
• Strong Customer Service Skills 
• Proficiency in data processing Software

Responsibilities:

• Supervise team leads and support senior management with maintaining the Huntsville Alabama market. 
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for operational improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant environmental, health, and safety regulations across all managed sites.
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and regulatory bodies to maintain strong relationships and ensure contractual obligations are met.
• Lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives to build a skilled and motivated workforce.
