We’re a diverse team of Fashion, Marketing and Commercial experts, committed to giving our customers a unique, unrivalled, 360-degree marketing experience. Working across global markets, we make sure FARFETCH remains world class with both new and existing customers; all the while setting the brand apart from our competitors and ensuring we’re always one step ahead of the curve.
LONDON
Our London office is located in Old Street, London’s tech hub, home to a broad range of teams including Commercial, Marketing, and Product. We have large open plan spaces and a feature staircase connecting our floors, encouraging our collaborative and open culture. We also have a big outdoor terrace where we can have lunch and host social events when the sun comes out!
THE ROLE
As the Head of the content and creative team for FARFETCH you will play a pivotal role defining our brand content strategy and creative vision across our content shoots, social and editorial content. You will lead a team of fashion editors, designers, producers, copywriters and social media experts to define our brand experience through the power of content, imagery and design, capturing the eye of our customers.
You will work closely with our network of brand and boutique partners to co-create inspirational editorial content and events that tell our brand stories, driving engagement with customers and cementing our partnerships with the largest luxury brands in the world.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead, manage and coach our creative, fashion and social teams (>10 FTEs), ensuring they’re engaged and motivated to produce creative content and design to the highest standards
Define and create exceptional editorial and commercial content
Define editorial content plan and creative vision, working closely with the Merchandising team to identify focus categories
Work with the Creative team on shoot briefs, overseeing the creative direction and execution of the shoot
Help develop a talent pool of creatives for FARFETCH to work with
Drive creative and brand vision into our marketing channels
Directly oversee all social channels
Work closely with marketing channel owners (CRM, Display, Affiliates, PPC) to define and execute on content/asset requirements and develop exceptional design's
Liaise with product teams on products and projects, ensuring art direction is supported and aligned
Manage a $mm creative budget, ensuring cost efficiency and optimisation at all times
WHO YOU ARE
Strong people leadership and management experience, with proven success leading and managing a diverse team.
Ability to think strategically, whilst managing operational plans
Proven digital / fashion experience.
Proven experience art directing fashion photo shoots in the luxury fashion industry.
Strong knowledge of typography.
Strong industry knowledge and connections with creative talent e.g. photographers, stylists
Excellent senior stakeholder management skills, able to manage competing priorities
Advanced knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign & Sketch
A flexible and solutions focused approach to work and you enjoy working as part of a team
Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail
