What You’ll Be Doing

As the Facilities Technician, you will: Complete daily reports on all field activities, dispatch calls, work orders, service requests, and provide information for cost analysis reports utilizing Cityworks™ computer work order system. Evaluate and make minor repairs to HVAC systems at City facilities. Maintain City facilities including lighting systems, camera/security systems, light painting, flooring, roofing, furniture, tables, and cabinets.

What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or general education diploma (GED) is required.
- Two (2) years of related experience in the operations, maintenance and repair of buildings and their associated support systems is required.
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screen, criminal background investigation and MVR check.
- Must possess valid class C driver’s license.
