Refresh Station | Location: Draper, UT 84020
Hourly Pay: $17.50 per hour| Full-Time
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm
Job Summary
We are looking for a cook who will be a flexible culinary support across multiple stations or locations within a corporate kitchen. This role ensures smooth operations by stepping in where needed, maintaining high standards of food quality, safety, and customer service.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook meals following standardized recipes and portion guidelines
- Assist with food prep across various stations (grill, deli, salad bar, catering, etc.)
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas and equipment
- Monitor food inventory and assist with restocking as needed
- Support special events or high-volume service periods
- Follow all food safety and health regulations
- Other duties as assigned
What You Will Bring
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing needs
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Basic math skills for portioning and inventory
- ServSafe or equivalent food safety certification (preferred)
- State Food Handlers Card required.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
Physical and Sensory Requirements
- This job involves regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and a kitchen environment with fumes, airborne particles, and moderate noise. Employees must have the physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift trays, and perform repetitive tasks. Occasional exposure to wet or humid conditions, extreme temperatures, and vibration may occur. Reasonable accommodations are available for individuals with disabilities.
