Breeder Farm Catcher- 1st shift en Cooper Farms

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 1st shift Breeder Farm Catcher to join our team in Oakwood.   

SHIFT HOURS: Monday through Friday 4:45am-2:30pm, with occasional weekend work 

STARTING HOURLY RATE: $18.40 with the potential of increasing to $19.40 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY: Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

All training will be provided for this entry level position.  Job functions include:

• Proper setting up and tearing down of A.I. equipment
• Assisting A.I. Technician with counting, penning and properly moving and securing hens.
• Cleaning nests and approaches
