Community Care Physicians is looking for a full time Talent Acquisition Associate to join their team! Typical hours for this role are Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5pm.

 

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the onboarding process for all new hires.
• Maintain HRIS system for all aspects of recruitment, selection and onboarding purposes. Work with HR Analyst to implement process efficiencies.
• Place/update advertisements for all job openings. Work with marketing team when a wider reach is needed.
• Prescreen candidates as they apply in accordance with internal policy and for manager review. Determine if a candidate meets the minimum qualifications to ensure equal employment opportunity. Provide support to managers where necessary with scheduling/conducting phone screens and/or interviews.
• Make offers to final candidates.
• Track, collect, and review completed Candidate paperwork (whether electronic or paper) for all interviewed candidates to ensure timely follow-up and proper closing of requisitions.
• Lead and coordinate new hire orientation including, but not limited to; preparation, presentation and communication, update the presentation as necessary.
• Collaborate with the payroll department to make sure new hire information quickly and accurately moves into the HRIS system.
• Ensure the necessary paperwork is completed for new hires and transfers, such as: I-9, tax forms, job offer letter, wage notice, background check, etc.
• Source candidates for hard-to-fill positions and create candidate pipelines for future staffing needs.
• Create, maintain, and periodically audit various reports, spreadsheets and databases in relation to staffing, onboarding, and the candidate experience. Analyze trends, identify opportunities and collaborate on process improvement.
• Identify and facilitate company-wide outreach programs, including preparation and attendance at job fairs, college fairs, networking events, etc.
• Support all aspects of the onboarding process through the successful candidate’s first 60 days of employment.
• Develop and maintain professional business relationships internally and externally with vendors and business partners.
• Comply with CDPHP’s Corporate Compliance Policy and all laws, rules, regulations and standards of conduct relating to the Corporate Compliance Policy and has a duty and obligation to report any suspected violations of any law, the standards of conduct or Corporate Compliance Policy to his or her immediate Supervisor, the fraud and abuse hotline, the Compliance Officer, Human Resources or the Chief Executive Officer.

Annual Salary Range: $61,000- $70,000
