Schedule & Work‑Life Balance
Full‑time providers work three 12‑hour shifts per week, with no on‑call obligations.
Clinics operate Monday–Saturday, 8 am–8 pm, and Sunday, 9 am–6 pm; shifts rotate to share weekend coverage.
Enjoy four days off every week to recharge, spend time with family, and pursue personal interests.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation: Hourly pay range of $55–$75 (approximately $103,000–$140,000 annually), Hourly pay range of $55–$75 (approximately $103,000–$140,000 per year for a full‑time schedule). In addition to the hourly rate, productivity incentives reward clinicians for high-quality care and efficient clinic operations. Signing and relocation bonuses may be available for high‑priority clinics.

What You’ll Do
Provide comprehensive urgent-care services for patients of all ages, evaluating, diagnosing, treating, and following up.
Perform procedures such as laceration repair, wound care, abscess drainage, splinting, and minor orthopedic reductions.
Order and interpret diagnostics (labs, imaging) and prescribe medications appropriately.
Educate patients and their families on diagnoses and treatment plans, ensuring clear and concise discharge instructions.
Complete documentation in the EMR on the day of service and collaborate with clinic staff to maintain efficient patient flow.
What You Bring
Licensure: Active South Carolina Family Nurse Practitioner license.
Active DEA registration and BLS/ACLS certifications.
Minimum one year of urgent‑care, emergency‑medicine, or primary‑care experience preferred; new graduates may be considered for select clinics with proper training and mentorship.
DOT Medical Examiner certification is a plus.
Proficiency with electronic medical records and comfortable managing 3–4 patients per hour.
Strong communication skills and a patient‑first mindset.
