We are looking for an intern to:

• help monitor regulatory developments by tracking changes in laws, regulations, and supervisory expectations relevant to financial services in the region.
• assist in preparing governance materials, including presentations, reports, and dashboards for internal committees and senior stakeholders.
• contribute to risk control testing and validation, supporting the team in reviewing control effectiveness and identifying areas for improvement.
• maintain and update risk inventories, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of regulatory obligations and associated controls.
• support internal audit and regulatory exam readiness, helping compile evidence and organize responses to inquiries.
• engage in continuous learning, attending internal trainings and workshops to build knowledge in risk management, governance, and regulatory frameworks.

You’ll be working in Group Risk Control in São Paulo, within the Risk Governance and Regulatory Risk team for Latin America. We offer you a unique experience in supporting risk oversight and regulatory engagement across multiple jurisdictions in the region. This role provides exposure to governance processes, regulatory risk assessments, and interaction with global and regional stakeholders across Compliance and Business divisions.

• ideally intermediate English skills
• aptitude for technology and Microsoft 365 knowledge
• availability to work on-site in São Paulo 6 hours per day
• organized and detail oriented
• strong communication skills and attention to detail with pro-active behavior
• currently pursuing a degree in Administration, Executive Secretarial, or related fields with graduation by December 2026 or after
