Transcripts: Copies of official transcripts from all colleges/universities attended, including undergraduate coursework up to highest level of education must be submitted. All official / copies of transcripts can be submitted by one of the following: 1) Emailed directly to VCOE from your college / university ** 2) Mailed via U.S. mail to Ventura County Office of Education Attn: Substitutes 5189 Verdugo Way Camarillo, CA 93012. *** **If utilizing the email option, please have transcripts emailed to: [email protected] ***Any sealed hard copy official transcripts you receive directly from your college/university can be provided to the HR department as well. VCOE will examine your transcripts to determine if the college(s) / university (universities) is /are regionally accredited.
