You’ll have the opportunity to:Join a cross-functional team to tackle a real business challenge and present your ideas to senior leadershipBuild meaningful connections across EA’s global PE organizationPartner with business teams on live projects, honing your project management and problem-solving skillsUse workforce data to uncover trends and drive decisions around engagement, equity, and retentionWhere possible contribute to one or more of our ongoing PE programs, such as goal planning, performance management, talent planning, or compensation cyclesPost-Internship: Graduate Rotational Program OverviewIf selected to continue, you’ll transition into a 27-month full-time rotational program designed to give you broad exposure and deep expertise across People Experience.You’ll complete three core rotations:1. People Experience PartnershipWork directly with a business unit to deliver key people programs and support their talent needs. You’ll deepen your understanding of how our business operates and strengthen your coaching, consulting, and relationship-building skills. 2–3. Centers of Excellence (Two Rotations)You’ll rotate through two specialized PE teams to build technical expertise and strategic thinking in areas such as:Employee Relations – Conflict resolution, performance coaching, and positive employee experiencesTalent Acquisition – Recruitment strategy, interviewing, onboarding, and talent pipeline planningTotal Rewards – Compensation philosophy, annual focal processes, bonus strategy, and global pay architectureTalent & Analytics – Organizational effectiveness, change management, and data-driven insightsPeople & Policy – Labor relations, employee investigations, risk management, and EVP alignmentInclusion – Collaborate on enterprise-wide inclusion efforts, ERG partnerships, and systemic equity reviewsWhat You’ll GainBy the end of the program, you’ll have developed:A well-rounded understanding of the People Experience function across multiple disciplinesFamiliarity with our Talent Strategy and enterprise-wide people prioritiesStrong business acumen and the ability to influence across teams and levelsConfidence in delivering clear, compelling communication across various audiencesA powerful internal network across EA’s global PE communityShared Experiences for All ParticipantsNo matter your rotation path, you’ll:Partner with business leaders across the companyParticipate in at least one cyclical PE program (e.g., Performance Review, Talent Planning)Learn to navigate a global, fast-paced environmentDevelop skills in influencing without authority, operating in ambiguity, and leading with empathyGain hands-on experience with PE systems, tools, and technologiesContribute to cross-functional projects and present your work to senior leadershipWho You AreCurrently pursuing a Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Psychology, or a related fieldPassionate about creating meaningful, people-first workplace experiencesAdaptable, curious, and energized by challenge and changeA strong communicator with an analytical mindset and a bias for actionEager to build a career in People Experience and make an impact from day one Ready to Build What’s Next?
