You monitor the overall performance of your team (members) and make sure they contribute to the overall goals from Silverfin
You contribute to industry-leading eNPS by fostering a positive team environment and addressing any issues that impact team satisfaction and engagement.
Promote cross-functional collaboration and communication between teams across the organisation
